In June 1977 again with minor modifications Australia accepted the U.K Mk4 as the Te. A (500) limited edition S-Pak version was produced in late 1978. The platform was revised for the U.K. Mk5 to become the Tf in Nov 1980. The local region developed a market to continue production until 1985 finally ending with the TF/S. Total number of cortina's produced in Australia was XXXXXX. Again, no 2door versions of these vehicles were released in Australia.
