anyone seen this done thinkin of fitting a toploader with hydro clutch into a corty in the near future just wanna see if anyone has seen it done ?
-
MD conversions at Blacktown sold me a kit for a XD Hydraulic clutch to my TE corty which just fits up to a Castlemaine Rod Shop bellhousing, which I think can take (has bolt holes to fit) a Toploader, I am running a Ford Single Rail so I don't see why it would be a problem I have an old number for him on (02) 96717508.

Hi Tim do you have any pics of your set up. cheers :D

Sorry for the late reply. Have not looked at this for a while.
The clutch is installed so not sure what you would see that would be useful, I could take some pics if you let me know what you want to see in particular.

Its been a while since Ive read this thread too, I was intrested in where and how you mounted the m/c and what you used for a push rod?
Cheers

The master cylinder is mounted to a bracket on the firewall made by MD conversions.
Had to drill a hole and bolt holes.
Then there is a pushrod attached to the pedal.
It is a has a threaded rod on one end that bolts to a an eyelet with a brass ball that has a hole in it so it can bolt to the clutch pedal.
I think the master cylinder is an XD.
