Title: mk 5 brake up grake
Post by: stotty on July 02, 2009, 11:04:08 AM
Hi all, have a mk5 2.3 v6 cortina and am doing a brake upgrade on the front brakes, the Main question I have is - are the front stub axles different on the vehical I have to an aussie 6cyl  tc, te ect, had a look at the crs conversion one of the members has done on this site and will most likely end up makeing spacers and fitting them to my stubs and fitting p76 discs and hq callipers, was just wondering if the aussie stubs where stronger than the uk ones, cheers :D  :D

nothing from the aussie te/f version will fit your mk5
the uk mk5 uses the same setup as our tc/td

hoppers stoppers and crs do a conversion for this model
