Hey there,
Big cans of worms there! o.k it's a little hard with out pics but based on your description it sounds really neat. You could stick $1500 on it and be pretty certain it would be an easy sale. In saying that I have seen some go really high in price which confuses the issue somewhat. You must have some idea on what you think it's worth? also you have to think what you's be happy with. I have seen Cortinas which to the right person be priceless because of their originality and condition and and owner was happy with $500 for it. Also depends how quickly you want to sell the car. If you need a quick sale, a high price could be hard to achieve.
All I can say is if you have time and you want a decent dollar for it to start high, as you can always come down.
Hope this helps
Andrew

Definently start high $2000 and come down if u want. if a quick sale isnt desired then best to wait it out and sell it to some-one wholl appreciate it!
Put some photos up here and around the other forums and ull be sure to sell her

Unregistered means the buyer cannot just drive it away, even if he brings a new battery.
That means it will have to be placed on a car trailer or truck. This limits buyers to your local area as it will be too expensive to move over long distances.
Prospective buyers will probably want it for parts, so they will be after a bargain.
Once a car is unregistered you don't have many options except breaking it up yourself and selling parts on ebay; or accepting something like $500 just to get rid of it.
If you keep it you have to get it roadworthy, whatever that may cost, and then there is the cost of registration. Add that cost to what you think it is worth and if it doesn't sell at that price you have wasted your money.
Advertise it for $800, sell for $500.
