Gday from new Cortina owner

Hi everyone. I have a TE 2.0lt sedan and I've had it for about 6 months but it's been off the road for most of that time.
It's in my uncle's shed now, he's helping me turn it into a bit of a dirt track scrubber. How do ya's think it will go?
Stripped most of the interior and the Fusion alloys and 45s tyres, and superlows are all going, to be replaced with with slightly raised coils and longer shocks than standard.
Would like some more power too so looking at putting in a straight Ford 6, just a 200 or 250 crossflow.
Will let yous know how the project goes along and put up some pics along the way too.
Meanwhile I'm gunna drool at some of the corty's on here

Hi AL
The cortina makes a cheap paddock basher and was how a lot of us learnt how to drive.
Look around for a cheap running gear from a ea-b falcon, It can be easily modified to suit with a bit of manual effort and some guidance when needed.
Welcome to the webste and hope to see more of the project.
