Not Happy Jan.

Hi all,

Just would like to say that this is a cool site and this is the first time i have come across this site.
I am a member of the cortina central forums and i had put up some pics that i had been working on for along time.I have noticed that someone has ripped off my pic and changed it.I''m not happy as it took along time to do and no one has asked permission to use it.
It is a logo with cortina at the top and the 250 six cylinder badge.
Regards,
tinatd

Hi tinatd,
In regards to cortina cental forums, i assume you mean the FordAustraliaForums.com.au which we are affiliated with.
I requested a member in Perth who is very good with graphics to make the following logo, i did see it originally elsewhere (FAF), regarding a t-shirt run from memory. But we requested an outline and did not directly copied your design.
 http://fordcortina.com.au/gallery/displayimage.php?album=57&pos=7
Then i got  our logo designer in Brisbane to insert it into our main logo which he designed.

If theres a copyright thats been broken , we will gladly confront the registererd copyright owner to discuss any breach that may have occurred, before our t-shirt order is confirmed for production.

Hi tinatd
Sorry for the misunderstanding, i was informed the image i received was a copy and not an original.  :spank
Please advise what you would like us to do.

Hi Admin,

The logo is an original in the respect of it being my idear of making it that way but for the 250 6 cyl badge and the cortina logo, well i photographed my car and did some photoshop wich took a while to do.
It would look good as a logo,There is a guy from cortina central that is maybe making tshirts,so i will post them on here if it all goes well.
I will have to post my car on here also.
keep up the good work, long live the corty.
