Wat slicks on TE corty 5 stud?
« on: September 15, 2012, 08:33:24 PM »

Hi all,

Looking for info from anyone with a TE/F that is running slicks on a std length diff with 5stud conversion. Im getting my guards rolled but have no idea wat rim/tyre size i will fit with no tubs. I know AU offset fits under the guards with street rims but wat about slicks? It will be std at rear for the drags. Any info/ suggestions will be muchly appreciated

Cheers Chris

I've got 17x8 au offset with 235x45 tyres on mine. No rolled guards on a standard length 9" with xf drums.

i have 235/45 17 inch apec alloys, 97 w     not sure of the offset! but i wouldnt want to put bigger under the back without rolling/minitub.. the front are the same size and they scrub alot! the guards are messed up due to the scrubbing, they have been cut down (i never cut them, it was like it when i bought the car) and how do you find out the offset? thanks!  :D
