I wouldn't hook up any of the emission lines, just the pcv valve.
As you can see from this picture all I have hooked up is the vacuum advanced (witch I have now disconnected fitting a locked dizzy from a efi ) the brake booster and vacuum line from the c4 (also disconnected as if fitted a t5) I don't even have the pcv valve connected.

Thanks Winton, when you say the dizzy is from an efi, is that the electronic dizzy? Does the vacuum advance not do anything? Also do you have to modify the throttle cable to come in at 90 degrees to the old weber set up, or does it reach?

The dizzy I'm using has no advance, it its locked at what I set it to. In the efi motor the computer controls the advance, without the computer its locked. I use it with a msd street fire ignition box, you can fit the 6al box and program in the advance curve but that one cost twice as much.

The one on the left is an electronic dizzy with the vacuum and mechanical advance. The one on the right is the efi one that the timing is locked on , has a name but can't remember it.

With the cable I think the standard one with a 2 barrel can just stretch, maybe. The best fit I have found is a xc v8 , zh fairlane cable, fits perfect. I have also used xd xe  zj zk v8 cable it fits good but I think I had to modify it on the peddle end, don't think it sits in the hole properly .
