This year has seen many changes and a brief revamp of the site.
These include making the forums more user friendly and removing some of the confusion with the contribution sections. We are now restricting these messages which appear on the front pages to admins and approved writers.

The gallery as always is the high light and still maintains an interested audience locally and overseas.

I have been very busy this year with work, only home 2 days a month and have relied alot more on the state admins and other to keep the site in order.
The website promo gear is proving popular with the high quality polo shirts, t-shirts and stubby coolers available for members.
Recently i had the priviledge to attend the Melbourne Cortina Cruise and meet a lot of like minded cortina nutters and put faces to names which were behind a keyboard. One strikes the mind would be TEJET, Azza you are an idiot but you make me laugh and you always find a way to amuse me.
At this event i also finally met TaraHyman and Pcman, 2 of the site admins which i would like to thank you for your time, patience and commitment to the fordcortina.com.au site.
The year also has put quite a strain on my own cortina plans, now most off the work has to be finished in workshops, with some very close friends doing lots of running around with trailers and couriers, I'd like to say "THANK YOU DON", I wouldnt be at the stage now if you couldnt help.

Next years plans, apart from becoming a registered club in each state to allow for cheap concessional rego, a few more promo products and my own cortina being finished, is totally up in the air.
Admins will become more involved and active in the participation of events etc,
More indepth Tech articles from the respected few.
More member participation will naturally evolve and will become an interesting part of the website.

The many links we have in the link section are to trusted people and companies we would like to support, we hope they are helpfull and get used.

Finally i keep this site alive, because i believe the Ford Cortina will soon become a memory and die away from the new generation.
I pay for all hosting fees, i source and pre-purchase all promo gear, i sponsor several cars and drivers, mainly cause i believe in the pursuit of my goals and want to help others with the same dreams.
Many point, laugh and mock what i do, i dont call them friends, but there not enemies either, i'll never turn away anyone who wants to talk about a cortina or re-live a memory no matter how old it or they may be.

Safe Holidays to all......
