does anyone make reputable quality gauges which dont plaster their own brand name predominantly across the facia?

cost is irrelevant as inaccurate cheap gauges cost u heaps in the long run.

Caerbont Instruments would be one of the most respected gauge manufacturers on the market they make and distribute the Smiths brand in the UK.

See there web site here, http://www.caigauge.com/

Or aurora instruments in the Uk have a custom design service where you can design and order from there website.

Theres a company in the USA which will make a complete custom dash panel or individual gauges, i was planning on getting several made which can switch between a V8, 6 or 4cyl tacho as they are common also with the F100. Soon but unsure when.

VDO, and they are accurate too. I have a magazine article comparing all the brands, and their prices. VDO is in the top 2.
