it seems my light switch has gone and i need a new one in a te cortina. I live near geelong and cent find a te or tf in any wreckers, which to my understanding both have the 3 point light switch. hey, i had a similar problem getting hold of a new blinker/horn stem for the steering column. I found that the XC-XD-XE falcons shared some of the samller as well as electrical parts with the TC-TF Cortinas. im sure the light swith is the same in an XC as it has the most common parts to a TE Cortina. Hope this helps at all mate. if you get stuck let me know via PM, there are a few wreakors near me that have some cortinas and old falcons (Central Coast NSW)
