TE Cortina Clear Indicators (side of guards)
« on: April 13, 2008, 10:11:48 PM »

I have decided to make up some clear indicators to suit TE cortina's, these are the ones that are on the guards.  Please note that these have been reproduced from the origional amber ones.  They arnt perfect but unless you are willing to spend big $$$ to get them mass produced you wont get any that are exact as the origionals.  Though these are still very acceptable.  Note that the bucket that these sit in the hole will need to be made slightly larger so they will fit.  Any questions email met at corty80@yahoo.com and put te cortina clear indicators in the topic.

Cheers

Robert

Ok I decided to make up some tinted indicator lenses just to see how they look.  Came out pretty good I think.  These lenses are made from polyurethane which is UV resistant.  The pigment that is used to tint the lenses is also UV resistant.  At this stage I have only got the ones for TE cortinas.  So anyone interested in buying these Iam selling them for $60 which includes to all major capital cities, maybe a little more elsewhere.  Please note that these maynot be legal so find out first, I will not be held responsible.

Also note that the tinted lense appears darker in the picture than it is.
