G'day there new to the Forum just signed up today, anyone happen to have a 289/302w conversion kit for a tc/td 4.1? or any information on who'd be the person to talk to about the re-power etc etc?

Castlemaine Rod Shop or MD Conversions in Victoria sell kits for what you're after.
