EL Diff into TD 6 cyl
« on: August 22, 2009, 09:43:44 AM »

G'day ther have got a 1975 TD 6cyl, am wanting to repower it with a 289w+T5 behind, just wanting to know if any1 has any information about replacing the old drum to drum diff with a LSD Diff out of a 1998 EL Falcon  with 3:4:5 ratio  and Discs? Getting it cut don to suit with of car would be 1 thing but anymore info would be much appreciated or other diff combo ideas.

Thanks Eliott

Hi. The centre will fit corty housing and there is a kit ya can but to convert drums to discs. Castlemain may sell them. This maybe cheaper than getting one cut down unless ya doing it ya self.
Cheers Brad
