MAY CONSIDER SEPARATING.

Up for grabs is a Turbo, manifold, wastegate and dump pipe as well as screamer pipe for the wastegate to go on to your crossflow in a falcon.

The turbo is a GT3582R original garrett ballbearing turbo. This turbo has been checked by GCG turbos and is completely fine.  Obviously a ball bearing unit and water and oil cooled.

It has a to4 original garrett rear housing which I bought and paid another $600+ dollars for along with flange and v clamp. Usually these turbos are to3 as found in xr6 turbos but this is a to4

The turbine cover was Black ceramic coated and the front housing polished to a mirror finish with grooves removed as well as writing and then coated professionally with black thermal resistance paint. Both items were coated at comp coatings in granville.

The ceramic obviously keeps heat in as much as possible but the thermal resistance actually keeps heat out and also dissipates any heat trapped inside. The exhaust manifold was also ceramic coated as well as the dump pipe.

The exhaust manifold is a classic Mike Vine unit which is very hard to find. It has a true flat surface face and was milled recently and the wastegate hole has an original hks gt 50mm flange on it. This obviously also suits the hks gt 50mm wastegate also for sale in this package.

I have custom made a heat shielding that goes over the exhaust manifold.

The Dump pipe has a bung for an o2/afr sensor and also has v band flange to suit the screamer pipe plumb back.

There is also a custom made shield to protect the master cylinder in x series.

Lastly the dump pipe was re painted in ceramic and covered properly with black graphite thermotec tape, silconed down and has proper steel clamps holding it down.


Cost of goods were

$1700.00 for new GT2582R

$650 for to4 rear housing and flange/clamp

Replacement cost of $800 for Mike Vine turbo manifold

$1000 for HKS GT 50mm wastegate (also has 18 psi spring in it $120 and includes a 12 psi spring)

Shielding, custom made thermotec mouldable $200.00

Dump pipe with screamer pipe $500

Custom shield $80.00

Ceramic coating and thermal resistance coating on turbo, comp housing and manifold as well as dump pipe $600+

Thermotec tape and steel ties $170.00

Custom drain pipe $50.00

TOTAL = $5870

Whatever it get's it gets.

Grab a bargain and will bolt straight to your x series crossflow. Will also bolt to crossflow in cortina but check your clearances for dump pipe and other things.
